What does a digital business card cost?
R450 + VAT once off (R517.50 including VAT). That is a single payment, not a subscription: your profile, link, personalised QR code and the Modern design are yours for life, and you get 14 days of Pro free. After that Pro is optional at R450 + VAT a year.
Can I see my card before I pay?
Yes. You create your card for free, add your photo and details, and preview exactly how it looks. Only you can see it until you pay R450 + VAT and it goes live.
Is the R450 a yearly fee?
No. It is paid once and your card stays yours for life. Only Pro is yearly, and only if you choose it — we email you before each year ends, with a one-click link to renew.
What is Pro, and do I need it?
You don’t need it — your card works fully without it. Pro adds contact exchange (people who view your card can send you their details), statistics on how often your card is opened, scanned and shared, which of your links people use, and a downloadable picture of your card with your own background photo. It is R450 + VAT a year, and every new card gets it free for the first 14 days so you can see if it’s worth it to you.
Can I get Pro straight away?
Yes. When you go live you can choose myCARD + Pro: R900 + VAT (R1 035 incl. VAT) for your card and a year of Pro in one payment. Your 14 free days come first and the paid Pro year starts when they end — so you don’t lose them.
What happens after the 14 free days of Pro?
We email you before they end, with a one-click link to keep Pro — no login needed. If you don’t keep it, your card stays live and keeps working exactly as it does; only the Pro extras stop, and you can switch Pro on again any time.
Can I change my details later?
Yes, as often as you like, at no extra cost. Your link and QR code never change, so everything you have already shared or printed keeps working.
Does the other person need an app?
No. Your card opens in the browser on any phone, and they can save your details to their contacts in one press without downloading anything.
I have an older myCARD. How do I get the new look?
Sign in and you can preview your own card in the Modern design straight away. Upgrading is R129 + VAT once off and the new look is yours for life — or take Pro, which includes it.
Can I get a refund?
myCARD profiles are non-refundable. You can build your card and preview exactly how it looks before you pay a cent, so nothing about it should be a surprise.
Can I get a physical tap card too?
Yes — NFC tap cards are made by Storm Media, and each one comes with a myCARD profile. See them at stormmedia.co.za.
I already have a myCARD. Where do I sign in?
Use the Sign in button at the top of this page, or the sign-in page you were given with your card. If you have forgotten your password there is a reset link there.
